The fluffy orange, white and grey cat appeared to be idly drinking from the river stream.
Her hindend rested on the hillside and her front paws were touching the edge of the river
waters.
On further observation, the cat appeared to be definitely on a mission.
A flock of 70 ducks and 7 geese where drifting up and down the river 15 feet from the cat.
One of the ducks was teasing the cat. He had drifted away from the main flock and was
paddling in one spot four feet from the cat's reach.
The cat could only nonchalantly slurp up so much water...the duck still floated out of reach.
With its tail dragging behind it and several furtive glances behind it the cat left the
river stream and headed back up the bank, maybe to catch a bird that was not an Olympic swimmer.
