We stopped eating all breads/buns and noticed that our double chins evaporated! Then, the following week, when we ate bread I became sluggish and ill at the end of the week! We did this three times in two months, and had the same results each time. Also, the after-dinner-stomach bloating stopped when the consumption of bread stopped.
